Virtual bingo for your team, in two minutes

You share the board on the call. Everyone else opens a link on their phone, installs the free app, gets a card, and taps numbers as a voice calls them. No accounts, no spreadsheets, no one reading numbers off a random-number site. Works on Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Slack huddles, anything with screen share.

Setup (2 minutes, before the call)

Host from your laptop at housie-caller.vercel.app/host, or from the phone app (/get). Create a room: 75-ball Bingo (5×5 cards) or 90-ball Housie/Tambola (3×9 tickets).
Copy the join link (housie-caller.vercel.app/r/CODE) into the meeting chat and the calendar invite. Anyone who opens it installs the free player app (about 30 seconds, no account) and lands in your room with a card on their phone.
Screen share the board. Share the browser tab or the phone screen. The lobby shows the QR code and the room code big, so late joiners scan it off the call.

During the call

Tap Start; auto-call at 8 to 10 seconds a number so people can chat. Slow it down for the last five numbers of a round.
The announcer voice reads each number through your shared audio (tick "share sound" on Zoom / "include computer audio" on Teams), or you read it yourself with manual calls.
Players claim from their phone when they have a line or a full house; the claim lands on your screen and the app checks it against the called numbers. You confirm, the winner's name goes on the board.
"Faster", "Slower", "Repeat" and "One sec" buttons let players nudge you without unmuting.

Three round formats

A · Early Five sprint (5 min)

First to mark any five numbers wins. Quick, chaotic, perfect opener; two or three winners in a row is fine.

B · Lines race (10 min)

Top line, middle line, bottom line (90-ball) or any horizontal, vertical, diagonal (75-ball). Three prizes, three moments of noise.

C · Full House finale (10 to 12 min)

Every number on the card. One winner, the big prize. Slow the calls near the end; ask everyone to say how many they need.

Team variant: pair people up in breakout rooms with one card per pair, so nobody plays alone and the quiet ones get a partner.

Prizes that work remotely

A digital gift card (coffee, books, food delivery) sent in the chat while the win is fresh.
An hour off on Friday, or "finish at lunch" on the winner's chosen day.
Pick the playlist or the theme for the next social; pick the charity for the team's next donation, in the winner's name.
A custom Slack/Teams emoji or a "Bingo champion" title until the next game.
The manager does the winner's least favourite recurring task once.

Time zones and hybrid rooms: the join link works from anywhere; a meeting room with a TV can cast the board while remote people watch the shared screen. Book the next game on the recap: teams that play monthly keep playing.

Straight talk. The app's screens and caller voices are in English (US, UK, Australian and Indian English). Players never see an ad and never pay; joining a room needs no account. A free room seats 4 players; your first hosted game is free with everything switched on and a bigger room. After that, hosts can watch a short optional video to add seats or put the board on a TV, or buy premium games in packs of one or five. One-time purchases only, never a subscription. There is no gambling, no real money and no prize handling inside the app: keep entry free and prizes small.
